Google is pretty good at indexing everything, if the public can see your website, chances are Google can index it. There is an exception however, in your public_html folder (webroot) is a file called .htaccess. If your website is visible but not indexed, check this file, if it is referring to a file or directory that doesn't exist, this may be creating a silent error which interferes with some automatic web crawlers
