Have you changed your nameservers?  This is by far the most cause when people say the are no longer receiving emails. Nameservers contain the instructions (DNS settings) for how your domain name handles email and webpage requests, if you change your nameservers you remove these instructions. If you want to modify how your domain name handles requests, we recommend changing your DNS settings, not your nameservers. Please see your registration email for details of the namerservers available to you
