The personal assistant has been upgraded to support all hosting servers, in addition to DNS settings you should now be able to get assistance modifying your website and other hosting settings. If you experience any issues please take a screenshot or copy-paste the conversation into a ticket
Some of the actions the assistant can help with:
- List your account details, domain names and other services
- Register, renew and transfer domains
- Set up new hosting packages for you
- Modify your DNS records and nameservers
- Check and pay invoices (if you have a payment method on file)
- Modify / design / upload a website (if you have web hosting with us)
- Create / delete: mailboxes, forwarders and autoresponders, reset passwords (if you have email hosting with us)
- Open support tickets
